Gerli Aavik is an adviser for the Social Welfare Department in the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs, focusing on the development person-centred services. Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs is currently actively working towards more integrated approach to healthcare and welfare and there are several pilot projects in works to improve that integration (such as the care coordination project). In addition to her work in the ministry, she is currently doing a PhD in innovation and governance, looking into new ways of public service delivery. Co-creation of public services and improvement of public service delivery has been an important element of both her academic research and practical work.

Momar LO has more than 20 years of varied experience in SAP through various positions and structures.
First as Director of a FAMILLES SERVICES Home Help Association and a MENAGE-95 integration company from 2001 to 2006 where he had the general management functions.
Then, in 2006, he joined UNA, the first French federation of Aid, Care and SAP as Administrative and Financial Manager.
The audit and implementation of good management practices carried out within the UNA led him to Reunion Island, where the Department asked him to structure the offer in SAP.
In January 2008, he set up the SAP Public Interest Group of Reunion and became its Managing Director.
Since 2016, Momar LO has been Operations Director of the SENEF Group, publisher of the Progisap software.
The Group’s main mission is to support customers in their efforts to create or redesign their computerized management. For this we offer them a full web management ERP in SaaS mode accompanied by a bouquet of mobile, innovative and flexible solutions tailored to their business needs.
